- How to Shop: Place item or items in to your shopping cart by clicking on the “add to cart” button. Due to volatile market conditions we recommend that you use the “contact us” form to confirm that we have the item that you have selected in stock.
- Checking Out: Select the “checkout” button located top left of the web page to Register or log in to your account under the “my account” link to the right center of the web page. These steps will take you to our Secure Socket Layer SSL 256-bit encryption page.
- Login Details: After you have successfully logged in you will see the cart contents on the right hand side of the web page. If you have forgotten your log in details click on the “reset password” link to update your password. This is also the place to insert coupon codes and gift certificate codes.
- Payment Methods: Pay Pal, Bank Credit Card, Telephone
- Shipping: After you have completed the registration process you will be asked to select a shipper. Currently we are using Federal Express as our default carrier. Most items will ship within 12-24 hours if paid with PayPal and delivered to a PayPal confirmed address. Items paid with a non issued Pay Pal credit card will ship within 3-5 days from the date the order was placed.
- Returns: If you wish to return an item please call us within 10 ten days after delivery. Place the item with the original contents back in to the box and wait for instructions from us or the manufacture.
- LIVE CHAT Button: If you need to contact one of our sales representatives concerning a product please use the "Live Chat" button located at the bottom right side to the web page. If the chat button indicates that the sales representative is offline, fill out the "Leave a message" form. Within seconds your question will be forwarded to a sales representative via mobile device for a quick response.
